    Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users. We use Google Ads on our site.

    When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

    We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. 

    Fair Information Practices
    The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States, and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. 

    Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to complying with the various privacy laws that protect personal information. To align with the Fair Information Practice Principles, should a data breach occur, we will notify users via in-site notification with one (1) business day.

    • Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred. 


    In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we agree to the following:

    • Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
    • Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
    • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance if one is used.
    • Quickly honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests.

    If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, follow the instructions at the bottom of each email, and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence. 

    Do Not Track

    We do not use personally identifiable information to track our customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore this website does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Third parties that have content embedded on our website may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited our website from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from our website unless you provide it to them directly.

    YouTube
    Whilst we have made all reasonable efforts to display only appropriate YouTube videos through the embedded YouTube player, we are not responsible for any YouTube content accessed from our website. After a selected video clip plays, YouTube may suggest related videos, which can be played in the embedded video player. In virtually all cases, these will be directly related to the subject of the selected video. Occasionally, YouTube users may erroneously assign key words to a video. It is therefore possible that an unrelated video could be displayed. Again, we are not responsible for this content.
